Answers with Ken Ham @ 7.30am, 12.30 and 7pm
Ken Ham’s daily radio program is now heard on more than 900 stations worldwide. This 90-second program, is a production of Answers in Genesis. Ken’s emphasis is on the relevance and authority of the book of Genesis to the life of the average Christian, and how compromise on Genesis has opened a dangerous door regarding how the culture and church view biblical authority. His Australian accent, keen sense of humour, captivating stories, and exceptional PowerPoint illustrations have made him one of North America’s most effective Christian communicators.
Ken is also able to reflect on some of the “hot button” topics of our day including the breakdown of the society and the family unit, marriage, school violence, creation/evolution in public schools and abortion, and relate them to the book of Genesis. In addition, he provides biblical and scientific answers to some of the most difficult questions people ask about the Christian faith. www.answersingenesis.org

Insight for Living with Chuck Swindoll @ 10.30am and 3.30pm.
While on the island of Okinawa during his tour of duty in the United States Marine Corps, Chuck recognized that the Lord was calling him to devote his life to the gospel ministry. With Cynthia, his partner in life for more than fifty-one years, Chuck has devoted himself to the challenge of communicating practical, biblical truth and its application in the context of God’s grace.  In the summer of 1977, the sermons that Chuck Swindoll preached at the First Evangelical Free Church in Fullerton, California, were broadcast on twenty-seven stations in the United States. Listeners responded immediately to the lively message of this down-to-earth pastor who could communicate God’s truth in terms they could understand and apply to their lives. In 1979, the radio ministry of Insight for Living was officially born, beginning on just a handful of stations. Today, more than two thousand stations carry the program around the world in seven different languages.  www.insight.org

Mercy Minute with Don Stephens @10.30am and 1.30pm
Don Stephens, international president and founder of Mercy Ships, was a teenager when the idea of a hospital ship first struck him. He was nineteen when he took a trip with his youth group to the Bahamas. That summer, Hurricane Cleo swept through in what Stephens says was a one-in-a-one-hundred-year storm that caused massive devastation. Homes were destroyed. People were killed. Stephens’ youth group hid in a WWII British Air Force hangar. After the storm ended, Stephens could not forget the thoughts that had come from those present: that it would be a wonderful thing if a ship could come in after the devastation, to provide the necessary medical care and supplies. The hearing of it challenged me,” Stephens says. Mercy Ships is a global charity serving people of all faiths. They welcome volunteers who have the time to devote to the work of bringing hope and healing to the world’s poorest peoples. The Mercy Minute with Don Stephens is a daily radio broadcast aired internationally on over 720 radio stations.  The Mercy Minute shares some of the great experiences of Mercy Ships when mercy has been shown.  Mercy Ships website
